About Mildred O. Bay
Dr. Bay is a general pediatrician who enjoys following newborns to young adults. Best pediatrician. She helps all 3 of my boys and knows what is best for my kids! ;) prefer her over the E.R. Which are the worst help. Mildred always has an answer right away.
