Zola Larsen, PTA

Zola was raised out in the Aleutian Islands in Unalaska/Dutch Harbor. She attended Rocky Mountain College in Billings, MT where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Science. Zola has always desired to help people with their health, wellness and recovery and was first able to have hands-on experience doing this while completing her 14-week internship at the Hilton Head Health Institute in South Carolina. After moving back to Alaska in 2016, she decided to go back to school so that she could extend her education and become a bigger part of a health care team in helping people get back to their health, wellness and recovery. She attended the PTA program at University of Alaska Anchorage in 2019 earning her Associate of Applied Science in PTA studies by the end of that year. When Zola is not working with patients, she loves to spend time outdoors hiking or running, training at the gym and spending time with her family and friends. She also loves to travel and explore new places when she is able to.
