My care provider and his MA were great. MA reviewed all medical questions - extremely efficient.

Timely responses and quick scheduling were appreciated.

It's a great team and Dr has done a surgery on me a few yrs back. That surgery went 100% great.

Everyone in the office to include the doctor were very nice and helpful.

I did not feel heard by the doctor! He refused to acknowledge that there was an issue (although he did later in a message through My Chart). He was condescending and dismissing of my issue. I will seek a 2nd opinion outside of Kadlec.

He knew what was wrong and how to fix it.

Dr. Fleming had read my medical history and had knowledge of the medications I am currently taking. He used visuals and appropriate communication to explain my possible procedure in a way I could understand.

Dr F explained everything and even showed me on a white board what the procedure would look like. Everything I was going to ask he had covered it before I could ask so didn't need to ask. The doctor gave me some hope on the medical Issue I have been having. I am hopeful that it will get fixed. Over all the care I receive from Dr F and my PCP is amazing. I feel listened to and that I matter.

This was my initial consultation with Dr Fleming. He was very knowledgeable & familiar with all the types of procedures possible for my situation.
