Very good experience!

Dr. Nygen (sp) is warm, welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and offered suggestions which we adopted for my care. She absolutely gave me the time we needed to give me assurances that my heart issues are being well managed and explained some of the nomenclature used in the ECG so I could understand it in context with my medical records. She is an excellent communicator and I appreciate our rapport.

Dr Nguyen is an extremely professional cardiologist and always listens to me about my health condition. She provides me with easy to understand information about my heart condition and shows that she is truly interested about how I'm doing in my recovery process. There is no rush during my appointment time. Dr Nguyen is very caring and, in my opinion, is the best!!!

She did a good job stepping in for my previous provider during my transition to another provider system that was driven by insurance/ administrative issues. I feel that these issues left me standing on the curb, left to find medical care to cover my complex cardiac issues without assistance. I certainly don't fault the providers, they were amazing for the previous 10+ years in the Providence system.

Dr. Nguyen was late to the appointment but she's a busy doctor and it's not her fault! She really took time with me which leads me to believe she took time with other patients as well. She listened to me she looked at me when she spoke with me and she looked at me when I spoke with her. She did not confine her visual field to the computer for the entire appointment I really appreciated that. The former healthcare worker in me must tell you she is an excellent physician and I immediately felt comfortable with her as my doctor.
