About Brent A. McGinty

Dr. McGinty grew up in a farm town in Alaska. He graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine where he participated in their WWAMI program. He got tired of Seattle traffic and moved to the Midwest to complete his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Iowa and Hematology and Oncology training at the University of Missouri. He is interested in all aspects of medical care for cancer and blood disorders. He utilizes chemotherapy, hormone therapy, targeted molecular therapies, and is excited for the many emerging therapies being developed.
