I have seen Dr. Erwin twice, and both times it was clear that she had not reviewed any information about me in advance, despite receiving information from multiple doctors. She asked me questions about my health history that I did not know the answers to, while she has access to my charts and medical information. I felt like Dr. Erwin did not prepare for me in any way, nor did my complicated medical situation appear to be of any concern to her.

Starting with the "front of office", you could not have better staff. They are amazing and so wonderful to work with. Above and beyond most medical practices that I have ever seen. This also applies to the rest of the medical staff within the office. From the nurses to the doctors, they are all exceptional people in their treatment of patients that I have seen. Dr. Edwin is also an exceptional Doctor. I am impressed with her and all the staff who have treated me. I have never had this kind of experience in another office. My rating that is a 10 would be higher if there was an "above and beyond" category. So I would always rate this group of people as 10+++++
