Doctor is to far away for in person visit

My care is always excellent

Dr Ahmad will be greatly missed. She was the only rheumatologist I saw to suspect psoriatic arthritis, and who arranged for the ultrasound to verify that diagnosis. Dr Ahmad has also been open to experimenting with medication to find what works best for me. I'm forever grateful to her.

Dr. Amhad is a wonderful, kind person, who treated me with respect and listened to my concerns, she is a wonderful doctor and will be missed.

All of my appointments at Providence office are great. Really like all of the Doctor I see And the staff members too. Providence keep up the great work.

She listens and involves me in the decisions being made about my needs and never discounts the level of my pain or symptoms. While she is usually significantly behind schedule, I don't mind the wait because I know the reason is because she's trying to take the time that is truly needed with each patient. Sadly, because she's behind schedule, there's always a couple of questions I didn't get to ask. Overall, I would still give her a high rating. I like her immensely and I'm deeply upset that she's leaving the practice. I would follow her if possible, but it's not. She's the second rheumatologist to leave in less than two years. I'm upset that I will need to change doctors yet again. If her replacement is a man, I will not be able to continue with this practice.

As a former nurse I would say that Dr J Ahmad is the best physician I have ever had.

The wait times are unacceptable. My wait time ranges from 30-60 minutes. My appointments always feel rushed and I don't feel listened to.

I wish Dr. Ahmad the very best. I only saw her once and I hope we get a replacement for her soon!

Sad to see such a great DR leave. She has been wonderful. Hope the next one is as impressive.

Respectful and understanding

Dr. Ahmad is an excellent rheumatologist, and I'm sorry to hear that she's leaving. I do understand the reason for her leaving, however. My hope is that Providence will replace her because I don't want to drive to Tacoma to see a rheumatologist.

Will miss Dr. Ahmad, she is a wonderful person. But very busy.

I love that Dr. Ahmad spends time with us. She spends time checking all meds, checks me physically, talks about future plans. Every doctor should be able to take 30 minutes for each patient so that the doctor has time to be thorough. It's very important for the doctor to have enough time to be thorough. We appreciate that Dr. Ahmad takes the time. I wish that all of your doctors could spend more time with their patients.

This is the most thorough care I've received from a rheumatologist for a long time. It is appreciated. There seems to be a shortage of rheumatologists in the area, so I hope that changes soon. So, even with the very large amount of patients she likely has, she returns my messages and listens to my concerns. Thank you!

She is awesome, thourough, personable and so knowledgeable I feel blessed to have her as a provider. She thinks about other aspects of my health besides just the specialized reason for a visit.

She is very thorough and goes over everything in the Chart medication my symptoms, all the things necessary to see if I need further treatment.

Dr. Ahmad is one of the best doctors you have for Providence and rheumatology. She is a godsend for me. I don't know what I do without her after leaving her office the other day she called the neurologist and by the next day I had an appointment with him to see what is wrong with my brain. She goes above and beyond and you are lucky to have her until am I. I have had people ask me who my rheumatologist is because they are looking for someone and I am afraid to tell them because she is so good and I am afraid to lose her but I do tell them. She is just that awesome

Dr really has a deep concern about my care even if it's not in her field she will assist me in the direction of a Providence provider that can help even writing referrals to that department

Dr Ahmad had me get a petscan that found swollen lymphnodes and I had a followup with an ultrasound a few months later showing they grew. Then she had me get a biopsy that showed cll-sll. I am doing treatment for it now. I think Dr Ahmad saved my life.

Dr. Adham and her team always look at my chart and medication so we can adjust my medical needs. I wouldn't consider any other physician as she listens and recommends treatments that suits me.
