Brian S. Wirkus, PAC

"Brian Wirkus, PA-C moved to Toledo, Ohio to pursue his passion of medicine and received his Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from University of Toledo. Originally from Idaho and having completed undergraduate degree at Boise State University, started his medical career in the military. He joined the Idaho Army National Guard as a medic and having served a deployment to Iraq, increased his desire and compassion to help people in need. Brian brings a warm and compassionate practicing style to his patients. He believes that that everyone deserves respect and compassion and to establish a partnership with his patients. He desires to have a shared decision-making experience. His experience includes Trauma Surgery prior to transitioning to Urology. Outside of work, he enjoys spending most of his time outdoors, hiking and camping with his dog.
