We are very proud to say that Dr. Kacey Provenzano is the only female urologist in the Columbia Basin! Whether in the clinic or in the operating room, Dr. Provenzano’s focus is on treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. Dr. Provenzano seeks to educate her patients on their diagnosis and care options and encourages patients to be active participants in their treatment plan. In her free time, Dr. Provenzano enjoys spending time with friends, family and walking her dog. She also enjoys being outdoors cycling, hiking, kayaking, and snowboarding.

My provider, which is the first time I saw her, was very kind and helpful.
Providence Patient
Aside from the front desk, everyone seemed as if they didn't want to be there. No smiles and limited friendliness with no necessary information given to me. I just wanted one thing and I feel as if I need to keep going back for no reason
