The surgeon was by far the rudest person I have ever met . He had the personality and handshake of a wet noodle. He needs to learn that the patient he is talking to is paying his money and to treat that person with respect . He did not represent your department in a good way.

Dr. Zhang, is the best surgeon I have ever had. He listens to every word. And helps me along the way.

I had vericose vein surgery and Dr was great but nurses were even better very helpful and they are the ones who talked to me about mostly preparing and right before surgery. They were very helpful and informative.

The medical provider that was recommended for this appointment was very unprofessional and very vague on my condition and did not suggest any other testing.I did not like his attitude.I thought that he was very pompous and very unprofessional.

The ARNP who first saw me was very warm, kind, and knowledgeable.(I had brought a friend with me who was also an ARNP and had 40 years of nursing experience who was also included and respected during my visit.) I then saw Dr Zhang who was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was clear with his explanation of information and answered all the questions I had at that time.

Since this condition was new to me it would have been nice to have the e doctor and his team explain it and recommend resources to help educate me. I felt they assumed I knew what they were talking about. They did answer my questions, but I had more after I left.

Dr. Zhang is an excellent doctor. He actually listens to you face to face without being on the computer constantly. He clearly explains options as well as positive and negative of all pending options for care. He is very personable and reassuring as well as professional and knowledgeable regarding my individual case. I would highly recommend him, have complete faith in his abilities and expertise should I need surgery in the future, and appreciate his plans for follow up care and monitoring.
