Louis L. Zhang, MD

I have seen most of the Doctors in this office and they have all explained everything simply, yet always had time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I have. The entire staff is always very helpful, professional, and friendly. Unfortunately I have regular visits with several Doctors and while I'm thankful for all of them, this is my favorite office.

The PA I spoke with before seeing Doctor Zhang was personable, easy to talk with, and was very knowledgeable about my history and case status. Kudos.

The medical assistant, P.A. And the Dr were all very caring professionals. I appreciated each one.

Dr. Zhang was excellent in his explanations of my problems. If I had a question he spent time explaining to me. He is very knowledgeable, direct, and seemed truly interested in me as a patient. Most other physicians anymore want to brush me off and get to the next patient. I did not feel like that with Dr. Zhang. Also his ultrasound girl was very good explaining things to me. And his PA was very thorough also. Great experience. Thank you !!!

Care gas been good. Appt w Dr Zhang was several wks after referral, which was concerning at the time. The 1st part of questionaire did not relate to me, this was my 1st appt as a referral.

All of the Providence Doctors have been thorough. The only issue I have had is trying to get in to see a Pulmonologist after having 3 referrals (my old Pulmonologist has retired - apparently it's a 3 month wait no matter what)

Provided all the information I needed to help make decisions about my health care.
