I came from to different areas of the Unted States where my health care was poor, very long wait times, poor information, poor follow-up, and out dated equipment. I have been in Tumwater for a year and a half all of this time I have been with this clinic. It has been in my opinion excellelent, this has been the happiest and most confident I have been with a medical staff (all areas) in years. Thanks!

Dr. Stein is our primary provider, however, we can not always get in to see him. I have called ahead of time. I have called early in the A.M. . I don't believe it is his problem and maybe just a change in times....It is comforting to be able to see your primary doctor and not have to be bounced around the clinic.

He listened to my concerns, didn't dismiss my thoughts. Stated what he thought was going on, ordered blood tests to either rule out or confirm diagnosis. I looked at the results via "my chart", picked up the new RX he ordered and started taking the over the counter pain reliever he recommended. Both of these new items we discussed while I was in the office.

I have been sick and needed to see the Dr., but could not get an appointment and had to go to Urgent care. This is a change for me as I'm use to a Family Dr. that usually has appointments open for people who need to see the Dr.

Dr. Stein is the best primary care physician I have ever had. He is able to see the whole person and is very good at what he does. The best part is that he is really nice and has a great bedside manner. I feel like he really cares.

My provider is excellent in his demeanor and attention to patient questions, etc. However, in order to make an appointment, not only is it impossible to usually get a "live" person, but it is also impossible to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. Have had to rely upon online appointment scheduling for both myself and my husband, who is seen by a different provider at this facility. This is not helpful at all.

I made an appointment for a complete physical, expecting blood tests and discussions/ treatments for some serious health concerns. Instead, I received a "Medicare Wellness" talking only physical. The Doctor advised me it would be a different type of physical because we would only talk. It was completely demeaning when the nurse asked me to draw a clock with numbers and show the position of the hands for 8:20. Then the nurse spoke three random words I was supposed to remember and repeat back to her on cue later in the appointment. I was treated like a small child and/or demented, frail elderly. This appointment was a waste of my time and I wasn't able to get some serious health issues addressed. I can't blamed the physician as he said he was only allowed to do what Medicare prescribed and he didn't want the "Medicare Police" after him. I indicated my secondary insurance would pay for anything Medicare wouldn't, but he was still unable to do more than the "Medicare Wellness Exam."
