Carrie is the best I have ever seen. she always addresses any concerns and makes sure there is not any concerns I haven't asked about. she is extremely knowledgeable about my medical history. I recommend her anytime someone is looking.

Carrie Welty took the time to review my medical records from Nother.provider. She also ordered necessary labs and and ultrasound of my thyroid as per recommendation from previous provider. I have found her to be compassionate and knowledgeable. I have used MyChart for routine questions and have always received a quick response.

Took a very long time to get an appointment and then they cancelled a few days prior and pushed the appointment even farther out.

The medical field is short of nurses and doctors. Because of that, it takes longer to get appointments but that's not the fault of my personal provider. Maybe Providence could hire more medical personnel to help alleviate some of the waiting time to see a specialist.

Carrie and every single person I met on staff were excellent. Courteous, pleasant, kind, able to listen and understand, and empathetic. I recently moved from out of state and was terrified of coming to a new health provider, but I was blown away. I am so thrilled about the quality of my experience.

My provider is great, I'm thankful I make my appointments in advance because I would go to urgent care if I needed immediate service because I have tried making appointment to get in right away and it's not possible. That is my biggest complaint, there should be some appts saved in the day for those who need to be seen quickly.

I had trouble getting the appoint to begin with. I was turned down for an appointment the first time I called because there were no openings within 30 days and there is a policy that appointments are only scheduled within 30 days. I waited several days and called back and was again told the same thing and that I would need to call back. I nearly shouted at the woman making the appointment and she finally made me an appointment for 6 weeks out. This is not good when you're dealing with someone who is mentally sick. I needed new medication. I could have gone off the rails.

I am extremely satisfied with the facility and everyone from the receptionist, the lab techs and all assistants. I can message Carrie via the portal, I do not call, and usually get a response the same day if I send my question in the morning. That is always very helpful.

I'm very pleased to have Carrie as my primary care provider. She's the first primary provider I've had in my life that has actually listened to me and taken me seriously, and she seems to genuinely care. I've never felt rushed or judged by her. I've had several health issues and concerns throughout my life, and I've made more progress treating and/or addressing them with her, a nurse practitioner, than I've made with actual MDs.

I'm too sick to function or meet basic needs and it takes too long for appointments and follow ups; two weeks for appointments and 3 weeks for the test then another two weeks to get results then another 3 weeks to act on the test results.

I developed an anxiety disorder that was emotionally difficult for me when it first happened. Dr [...] and Carrie where so kind and comforting. Non- judgemental and saw me twice a week or whenever I needed them. They continue to be supportive and helpful. Carrie is so kind. She listens and I feel she hears what I am saying. This is so important for confidence and trust with a PCP. I thank the whole team!
