Dr. Sehdev is both positive and encouraging. He keeps me updated on all research and developments regarding my chronic disease. He does not lecture or condemn. Rather, he makes helpful suggestions that could improve my quality of life. He is truly the best.

I came to the Travel Clinic on my hour-long lunch break to receive a vaccination for an upcoming volunteer assignment. After a brief discussion with the doctor, he advised one vaccination and said a staff member would be right in to administer it. I then waited roughly 40 minutes until a staff member came in and apologized that she had been on break and the other staff "must have forgotten about me." Aside from the fact that I had not seen a single other patient in the waiting room or office the entire visit, the idea of FORGETTING about ANY patient is WILDLY INEXCUSABLE. What if my health concerns required more immediate attention, and they just forgot about me? The consequences could have been far worse than me having to apologize to my boss for the two-hour lunch it turned into because that my doctor's office forgot about me. This showed me that Providence does not care about my time [...] Shortly after leaving extremely frustrated and stressed out, I received a call from the head nurse, who apologized and said she wasn't working that day (Friday), so she would call me on Monday and see to it that they make it right by getting my the vaccination I need at no cost and at a convenient time. I thanked her for the call, and yet now--A WEEK LATER--I still have received NO FOLLOW-UP CALL as promised from the head nurse to right this wrong.

dr sedhev has kept me out of the hospital. my only concern is once I've had a test the results aren't given to me in a timely way. especially if I need to be given an antibiotic. dr sedhev keeps me under his radar and checks with me every 3-4 months by having me come in. I appreciate he hasn't given up on me when my pcp and urologist have!
