Wanting to make a difference in the world has been a dream for Nandish Dayal, FNP-C, and working in healthcare has allowed him to do that. “I chose family medicine because it gives me an opportunity to see patients across the lifespan,” says Dayal. “I feel that helping people is my life’s purpose.”
Working in healthcare has allowed him to work with patients over their lifespan, and build relationships where they reach their goals and improve their lives.
“I am here to serve—that goes beyond just curing ailments and providing healing,” says Nandish. “I understand that every patient is an individual and I want to try my best to meet their unique needs.”
A balance of mental, physical, and emotional health is the key to creating a holistic care that involves the whole person. Nandish believes his most important role as a provider is to partner with his patients in their decisions through their health journey.
Nandish earned his Master of Science degree in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from the University of Alabama—Huntsville, where she also completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Nandish is originally from the Fiji Islands he met his wife together they have three children and try and spend as much time as possible outdoors camping, skiing, and hiking. When not practicing medicine Nandish enjoys building furniture and tinkering with cars.
