Dr Yin called personally to discuss the result of the biopsy which I appreciate very much. I've never received a call before from other providers. They usually do a very brief comment after any test. Dr. Yin seems to genuinely care about her patients. However, it was very difficult to make a first appointment for my skin condition - I had to wait 6 months.

Dr. Yin is one of the best providers I've ever had. She comes in the room with good, positive energy. She remembers me and my condition and experience. She advocates for me when I come up against roadblocks with medication I need. She never seems to be bothered by questions and request. She does thorough, regular skin checks which makes me feel confident that we'll catch any skin issues before they become malignant, which is a worry for me. I feel very fortunate and grateful that there was space in her practice when I needed a dermatologist, and got matched with her. She's the very best.

Dr. Yin answered my questions during this follow-up appointment for my mole removal last year. She is very thorough and lets you know what she is doing and why. Great provider.

I had several bad providers for Detmatology before finding this one and I am convinced she saved my life. She was the only doctor who took time to really look at my skin, specifically some discolored areas, and it was in these areas that the melanoma was found by her. I am very thankful to have her as my doctor and have asked my husband to get referred to her as well.

Excellent, would highly recommend. I would suggest that Family Dr's refer patients to dermatologists at a much younger age instead of waiting to age 60. I have had dozens of moles my entire life. When referred to a dermatologist they found multiple skin cancers. All in the early stages and have been successfully removed because of the dermatologist.

I love Dr. Yin! She is very upbeat and answers any concerns I have.

Dr Yin & staff were fabulous. Very professional & addressed all my concerns. Only issue is it took 6 months to get a new patient appointment.

Dr. Yin and her assistant were wonderful. They listened very carefully to me and took what I said seriously. When I mentioned my hip as an aside while maneuvering to allow her to see my back, they both listened more than the doctors that are supposed to be caring for that issue. Dr. Yin is the most responsive care giver I've come across. She and her staff are engaging, knowledgeable, show concerns if needed and common sense if there's a question. As a dermatologist I don't need to see her often, which is good and bad. Good because of health, bad because it's fun and reassuring to visit her and her staff.

Dr Yin is a very caring and efficient doctor. She made sure that I felt at ease and explained every step of the procedure. After finding a spot that turned out to be a melanoma, she made sure that I got in to see the surgeon as quickly as possible.

Dr. Yin was great but she only had 15 minutes to spend with me after I waited 3 months for an appt. In order to address other concerns, I had to make another appt. About 2 1/2 months out.

The only issue was she is so busy, my first appointment was in July when I called her office in April. But I was put on their wait list and got in, mid-May. But otherwise a very pleasant office visit.
