As the (mostly) sole dietitian at Seaside Providence Hospital, my role encompasses both inpatient and outpatient practices. I provide clinical nutrition services for the inpatient team for both MedSurg and ICU in our 25-bed critical access hospital. In addition, I currently have 8 hours per week committed to doing general outpatient nutrition counseling for our rural healthcare clinic and its primary care providers and 8 hours a week supporting the Outpatient Eating Disorder team at St. Vincent with virtual nutrition counseling. I also have grown our outpatient oncology nutrition program and currently see patients there on an as needed basis depending on their nutrition status. Primary nutrition interests include: eating disorders, nutrition during cancer treatment and for survivorship, and pediatric nutrition care.
