Nicole S. Armitage, PAC

Nicole is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Medicine MEDEX physician assistant program. She joined Providence Orthopedics in 2023. Nicole's practice as a physician assistant focuses on conditions of the hand and upper extremities with Dr. William Page and the hand team. Prior to PA school Nicole worked as a dental hygienist for 13 years. Having relied on her hands for her whole career, she understands how difficult it can be when hand pain or functional limitations disrupt daily life. Nicole is so proud of the opportunity to work with such supportive and caring providers at Providence Orthopedics. As a practitioner, Nicole feels that her greatest strength is connecting to each and every patient in a way that makes them feel comfortable and well taken care of using individualized approaches.
