I was treated with courtesy and given the explanations I need at this point. When I lost my way the doctor's assistant guided me to the right entrance and explained the building layout, which was very helpful.

Everyone I came in contact with treated me with kindness and respect.The only complaint I have is with your phone system. You can NEVER talk to a person only an automated phone system and that's very frustrating.

Dr. Hansen was pleased to welcome me, as a new patient, into his care, and showed an interested in my particular case history, advising me on a particular procedure as opposed to drug regimen,which had become a worrisome Issue for me, putting my mind at ease. I am from out of town and the practice did a great job of adjusting the time of my appointments, so I was not waiting in Spokane any longer than necessary. Very customer focused.
