Listened, gave me time & attention

Initial care was great, follow up testing seems scheduled far out. This instance 3months. But I understand the vast area of coverage.

Felt he wanted to know my opinion on his recommendation which I appreciated. I am hoping that the telemedicine appointment allows time to go over the recovery since he covered it so quickly in the discussion.

Dr. Schmitt listened carefully to my history and symptoms. He was thorough and ordered additional testing appropriately. We're waiting on those results and what follow up treatment may be required. I appreciated how quickly I got in to see him, and the care demonstrated.

The provider gave a very good diagnose of my ear problem and helped me to see the need for a solution. And resolved the problem through a surgery.

All individuals were very polite and professional.

It did take several months to get to see this provider. That seems like a long time. But in the end, his information and manner were exceptional. I really felt better about my current medical situation.

Scheduling was booked way out and I had to call in to check for cancellations. Everytime I called I had to wait on hold for quite some time. I ended up getting a cancellation appt so I was able to be seen as soon as needed, but if they could have a cancellation list to call you instead of you having to call in to check that would be helpful. Otherwise the staff and doctor were amazing he fixed an ear problem I've been going from doctor to doctor for because no one could figure it out. Grateful he listened and was knowledge to help me out! The whole care team was wonderful! Very impressed with this facility :)

It was nice to meet Dr. Schmidt in person. I was there with my son to go over my MRI which we did and all was fine. I'm was just a little surprised he didn't check my ears while I was in his office, I just figured it would be a routine thing to do.

Dr. Schmitt was amazing-beyond my expectations. He had a clear interest in my case and he had reviewed my past records and imaging before the visit in an attempt to do detective work to determine the possible cause of my medically rare condition. He knew exactly what test to order for my problem, and his follow-through after my getting the test was immediate. He promptly emailed me with a referral to another specialist. I feel very lucky to have been referred to Dr. Schmitt, and Providence is very lucky to have him. I've seen a lot of doctors in my 70 years. Dr. Schmitt is exceptional!

Very good visit meeting Dr.Scmitt for the first time. I feel very confident in my care with him, and the future years I will be in his care.

Dr. Schmitt listened and took care of my surgery and follow up appointments. His office immediately followed up with any questions or concerns. I was impressed with their practice. Happy I had a good experience. They are busy so you need to be prepared ahead of time with questions to ask since appointments are short. Next.

Excellent experience through Spokane Ear, Nose and Throat. Both surgery center and the clinical experience was of highest excellence. Dr. Schmidt is an excellent surgeon and I greatly appreciated. They all did an outstanding job keeping me informed to the highest degree of accuracy regarding my recent health related issue and surgical intervention. I thank-you all for the care and compassion in what was an extremely difficult time in my life. I could not be more satisfied with the whole experience.

Dr, Schmitt was more serious than I was. Next time I see him, I will be more serious. I know how busy all the Doctors are. I appreciate their work and time.

Dr Schmitt was courteous and very on point! Very happy with his plan. The dizzy testing people were great too. Downside was the long wait to be seen from when my condition was acute to when I could be seen.

Poor bedside manner, talked over me, didn't seem interested in listening to me, visit was very short. I did not feel good about the visit and would definitely what to see a different provider.

I was scheduled with a physicians assistant in error and was told I needed to see the actual doctor to have surgery. I was rescheduled for 2 weeks later. As I was in the parking lot the receptionist came out and told me Dr. Schmidt was going to see me at the downtown office as he had heard what had happened with my current appointment. I felt that he was a caring doctor and appreciated him for seeing me that day.

Was amazed as how informed and detailed Dr. Schmitt is. He knew all dates and times of previous appointments. Was able to give us hope for the future & improving my health.

Dr.Schmitt and his staff are top notch - providing excellent care. The rest of your operation needs work.

Dr. schmitt was thorough, professional, and exceptionally gracious.

The only concern with this office was in getting an appointment. Dont know where confusion came from but It took 6 weeks to schedule the appt 2 months later. When car broke down on 200mi trip there I was again scheduled 2 months further out. When I got there the appt was for the wrong services. Then staff and dr. Intervened and I was taken care of very well the rest of the appt. Very pleased with the services they rendered. Professional and courteous.

All staff and physicians always provide excellent care

I had to establish a ENT Doctor because my older doctor retired. Dr Schmidt made me feel I was wasting his time.

A real jerk, He didn't listen to what I had to say. Just gave me his opinion without knowing me or what Ibe been through.

I first saw Dr. Schmitt for a vestibular schwanoma several years ago. He has been monitoring my progress ever since. Initially, I had wanted surgery to remove the tumor but Dr. Schmitt suggested a wait and see approach. I'm so glad I took his advice because my tumor hasn't grown and I still have some hearing in the affected ear. I trust I will always have excellent care from Dr. Schmitt.

I reacted to something in a most unusual way. Blood pressure dropped in a big way and pulse dropped way low during the numbing process. Dr. Schmidt and his staff did a great job handling this emergency and kept my wife and daughter from being scared. I am very appreciative of the professional care my family and I received.

I felt as though the doctor didn't have time for me - I felt rushed. He was a bit condescending and arrogant. He didn't ask me about my medical history or meds. I will followup with him after my upcoming CT scan, but will seek out a new ENT after that.

We were sent to this doctor thinking our daughter needed a specialist for surgery. He looked her over found no reason for surgery he was very educated and answered ally questions along with explaining everything to us we loved him . The only problem was how far out he was booked probably cause he's so awesome, we had office to office calls for scheduling to get us in quickly. It was a good experience our doctor was amazing he's definitely my choice going forward
