doctor did not seem to understand my concern, or explain why I shouldn't be so concerned. also he did not do anything to build trust or confidence.

Unfortunately, my previous provider left, and I had to see this new provider. [...] I came to see this new provider for a routine annual checkup, and it seemed that he had no idea what he needed to do, so I had to guide him. He probably saw me for no more than 5-7 min, of which he spent 3-4 min on the computer, looking for the first time through my records.

I don't know if he was not feeling well or distracted compared to other visits I have had with him. I felt he was very distant with our conversation. Like he was just "going through the motions". Not very personable. I also thought his exam for a specific problem I brought up was very short and abbreviated.

Talked with the provider that this was the first physical I have had in a number of years. I also explained I was very sore and stiff in the morning; he did address this issue. I felt the exam was very minimal, looked in ears, throat, listed to lungs, checked for arm strength recommend colonoscopy. That was it.
