About Greg M. Stroup

Greg Stroup, M.D., emphasizes personalized care that focuses on patient education and mutually determined goals. "I carefully listen to each person's concerns in order to offer expert, individualized care with compassion and empathy." Dr. Stroup enjoys the relationships he forms each day with his patients and their families and values the trust they place in him. A graduate of Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Neb., Dr. Stroup completed his internship and residency at the University of Utah Hospitals in Salt Lake City. His broad practice surgery and professional interests include cancer care, colorectal disorders, hernia repairs, venous/varicose vein disorders, abnormalities of the gallbladder and small intestines as well as colonoscopy and upper endoscopy. When not working, Dr. Stroup enjoys golf, running, cycling, skiing and frequent adventures with his two sons.
