Excellent MD. Professional. Compassionate. Goes beyond. Smart. Listen. I 100% trust her as my primary physician.

Dr. Graves is the best. I've had a number of issues and surgeries over the last two years. Given my circumstances she had me do a Zoom meeting with her (due to the icy conditions) 6 months after my last visit. She has a thorough knowledge of my medical history and she is a good listener. She is particularly good at establishing a game plan to address unresolved problems.

I babbled on and on about a large number of things going on in my life, which may or may not have been related to the reasons I was there. Dr. Graves was listening, typing and nodding. It was amazing when I read her visit notes because I could tell she really heard me. She didn't just listen - she HEARD me. That (to me) is invaluable. She didn't coddle or placate me either. She was concise with her recommendations and concerns. I truly appreciate her and am so happy to have her as my physician.

Dr. Rachel Graves really takes an interest in me and my wife and has continued to get better at her job as the years go by. The only problem, as I see it, is that she is very busy and it is hard to get an appointment scheduled with her without waiting more than a month. Fortunately, the other doctors she has partnered with have been very good also.
