We brought my mother from Midwest to appt. with Dr. Davies. She diagnosed a fracture of ankle, where other providers in Midwest just thought it was my mother's osteoarthritis. Dr. Davies' exam was so thorough. She has connected us with the resources that are needed for my mother. We are deeply grateful for her!

You have me arrive 15 min before my appt but don't see me until 15 min after my appt. Too much waiting.

Dr. Davies acted frazzled or in a rush. she was not personable or ask me a full history. I felt rushed in having to provide my answers and forgot things to share. I felt like she saw the obvious thing of my weight and had to point it out vs going over my medical history. I also felt she put too much emphasis on the previous rheumatology provider I saw nearly 4 years ago. She didn't show much concern for how I was feeling from the pain I was and am experiencing. She made it clear that it would have been more appropriate for my PCP to refer me to a dermatologist than to her... I golf she wants to comment that I should see a dermatologist, fine, but to make it sound like my PCP was in error etc that to me was unprofessional. also I had X-rays of my hands, feet and Sacroilliac joints, she told me that I should return in 1 mos to go over X-rays.... X-rays, the provider gets the results and reviews usually within 72 hours, to me 1 mos for follow up is Ridiculous. [...]
