Dr. [...] was on vacation and I was given an appointment with this women. She was cold and uncaring and scared me. I left having been spoken to as if there was nothing left for doctors to do for me except try different medications. Her words and demeanor was as if there was no hope for me. She said I couldn't be kept on [...] long or it would damage my kidney and I would be put on dialysis. She said that Dr. [...] could do no tests on me that required injection of dye because it would possibly kill my kidney. I left knowing it was all over for me and I was going to just die. Oh, and her assistant that took my weight and blood pressure looked at me when I left with no smile but with the same look as the physicians assistant. I don't want to return to that office ever!

The nurse who administered the EKG failed to check my BP. An erroneous BP number was entered on my chart and neither the nurse, nor the provider mentioned that number to me. The provider did not check my BP either even though the number [...] should have caused some skepticism, but didn't. [...] I know that the [...] should have been caught on the [...] visit to my cardiologist. I went to my cardiologist office for a scheduled visit and no one checked my BP? Also, I wasn't given an after visit summary which I would have likely noticed the "teenager's BP". I wasn't feeling well [...], and I thought that maybe the BP was recorded by the 12 lead EKG. Then I thought "that doesn't seem right " [...]
