All staff were very professional and positive. The X-RAY Tech was proficient and courteous. Mr. Sprung was professional, courteous & extremely knowledgeable. I have seen other MDs & PA's for my left knee. Vince was the first to order multi view X-RAYS of my knee; and the first to diagnose an issue with my kneecap. At my request he administered a painless injection, and improvement was immediate.

I turned in my application & information. Within a couple days I was notified that I was accepted & an appointment would be scheduled. I was pleasantly pleased to be able to see the doctor within 3-4 weeks of acceptance.

With another care provider I was told my pain wasn't coming from my hip. I'm so pleases that my provider was able to tell me why I was having pain. He's very helpful and made me feel vindicated after my experience with another hip surgeon had passed me on. Thank you for all your help Vince.

His nurse never took my weight or vitals when I went in and I had to tell him I had lost enough weight to get the knee surgery so then he had his nurse weigh me but my blood pressure and pulse were never taken so the ones recorded were from my last visit I guess. The way he talked to me was like I had never been in there to discuss my knee concerns and I have so didn't need him telling me all the different things that could be done because I've. already done them and knee surgery. is my last resort because the other things aren't working anymore. the followup after my [...] post-op appointment was not a good experience. I called the office [...] with a severe headache. I suspected a sinus infection but I had a low fever and chills I was very scared and in pain. I wanted to know if it could be caused from my medication or if there was something specific I should take or avoid. I was told " These are Orthopedic surgeons they can do nothing for a sinus infection" I felt that was very condescending and not helpful.The following Monday I called back to ask Vincent Sprung to call me- no call back!

Vince and the rest of the office truly care about their patients. They always inquire as to whether all of your questions have been answered and if you understand what is going to happen.

provider was to speak with Dr. [...] and advise whether or not I require hip replacement on left hip by end of the day. Left messages requesting feedback but no response. Have yet to hear back. Read comments in "My Chart" but have no idea what action will or will not be taken. Still have substantial pain in my hip and down through my knee.
