About Mandeep Kingra
“I like to be hands on and help people,” says Mandeep Kingra, M.D. “I take time to listen to patients, educate them and – together – come up with a plan to best treat them.”
Dr. Kingra is honored to help educate women about their bodies. “My role gives me the opportunity to help women know about their bodies,” she says. “I am able to explain and better educate women on their anatomy and generally how their body works. This helps women make informed decisions and the best choices for themselves.” Warm and friendly, Dr. Kingra takes time to get to know her patients, build trust and help them feel comfortable during visits. “I especially enjoy the relationships I develop with patients. We can have long-term relationships, providing care throughout a woman’s lifetime and even generationally.” Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Dr. Kingra now lives in Portland with her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and hiking.Saba University
