I was quite pleased. My pcp was not available and I wanted to get care soon. Went to the nurse practionary and was very please. She gave me alternatives and prescribed several meds that have helped me. I would recommend her.

My care provider is good

I am a new patient of Raquel Bishop. My last doctor in this office retired after many years at this practice. I like Raquel a lot. She was informed on my various conditions and meds when I met her. When I made this appt I didn't need any extra care, but I recently felt I may have had something wrong. We talked about it and she decided I may have had a bladder infection. She took a sample and discovered I did have a bladder infection. I am on an antibiotic now and feeling much better. We also discussed my weight and lack of exercise and I will be talking to a counselor from their office soon. All-in-all, it was a good appointment and she seems very competent and caring.

Excellent Team All Round Including Phlebotomist.

Raquel was thorough in explaining a new condition diagnosis (arthritis) and talked about what steps I can take to take better care of myself. I had 3 other issues we talked about and Raquel took time to listen and put in a couple of referrals and lab test. The referring offices reached out to me within the week. I am grateful for the time and attention Raquel took with me.

Received some very helpful info including phone numbers. Was able to establish future need for counseling, etc. Provider were thoughtful and worked to find me resources other than the usual.

Generally, very good. Office staff are helpful and kind, and the practice almost always finds a way to address the issues I'm having.

Good experience: Shortly prior to this scheduled appointment, I developed an Irritating cyst bordering my right eye/eyelid(but I didn't know what it was or that it was a cyst). As my PCP for the last seven years recently retired, this happened to be my first visit to this family practice. I mentioned this cyst to NP Raquel Bishop who immediately took a closer look at it, determined what it was, and in an extremely professional manner, removed the cyst altogether. I am very grateful to her.
