About Dennen A. Frazier
When Dennen Frazier, PA-C, was in college, he was pursuing a career that involved a lot of time doing computer work with little human interaction. He wanted a career where he had a positive impact and could work closely with people and this led him to become a physician assistant.
In his practice, Dennen emphasizes working as a provider-patient team to ensure the best health outcome. He can admit when he doesn’t know the answer to a problem and is willing to research and collaborate to find the solution. Dennen’s philosophy is that all patients deserve equal access to care regardless of their background. He treats every patient with kindness and respect, and gives them full attention during their time together. “My most important role as a provider is to be a great listener,” he says. “It helps me identify any barriers to care, make an accurate diagnosis, and help the patient have a great experience.” Dennen says he enjoys the variety and challenges of family medicine, the satisfaction of helping people every day, and the opportunity to be a lifelong learner in a field that is constantly changing.
Dennen earned his physician assistant degree at the University of New England in Maine.
Raised in northern Utah, Dennen served a service mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in northern Brazil for two years, and speaks some Portuguese and Spanish. He is married with three children and enjoys cooking, reading, mountain biking, trail running, rockhounding, foraging for mushrooms, spending time with his family, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and planning/going on trips.
