Dr. Cook joined Pacific Vascular Specialists in 2011. He believes a patient is best served when a physician is committed to evidence-based practices, including mastery of the best available technology, delivered with attentiveness to the individual's needs and choices. Dr. Cook earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon and his medical degree from the Stritch School of Medicine, Loyola University Chicago. He completed his surgical residency at University of California at Los Angeles and a fellowship in vascular surgery at University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Dr. Cook is certified by the American Board of Surgery in general surgery and in vascular surgery. Dr. Cook is Medical Director of the Non-Invasive Vascular Lab for the Providence Portland Service Area. Dr. Cook and his family enjoy kayaking and hiking throughout the Pacific Northwest.
