I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Martell, and I must say, their compassionate care and exceptional bedside manners truly stood out. Dr. Martell exudes warmth and kindness, creating a comforting environment that instantly puts patients at ease. It's evident that she genuinely cares about their patients' well-being, making the overall healthcare experience truly remarkable.

Dr M always comes prepared to review/discuss recent labs, is receptive to questions/inquiries, she's an excellent listener

I was very pleased with Dr. Martell's attentiveness and knowledge. The appointment went very well, and I look forward to following up with her after my lab work is done. The only negative aspect was the difficulty of getting this appointment. When I contacted the office in December 2022 to schedule the appointment, I was flabbergasted to learn that the earliest available appointment wasn't until November 2023.

Laura is amazing. She is an asset to Providence services. I feel the office needs more providers and more appointment times. This office has limited availability and makes it difficult to be seen weekly for severe disabilities. Open availability would be nice to have for this office. It's very busy and they need extra acupuncture providers.

Dr. Martell is always so kind and I feel like she really receives what I am saying with compassion. I feel soothed and taken care of when I see her. She's always very thorough and explains everything well. Her and all the providers and staff there go above and beyond to really care for you. This was a same day appointment that I got because of a cancellation and I didn't feel like I was rushed or just being fit in, I felt like space had been made for me.

Laura Martell is outstanding and her acupuncture technique is more effective than any other person I've seen. My only frustration is that she's very busy and it's hard to be seen as often as my neuropathy would like.

She was amazing! She took so much time to prepare my body for acupuncture that I felt zero pain and was the most relaxed I can remember being during a treatment. Afterward, I felt as if I was a rag doll - so relaxed!

Dr Martell et al do medicine like it should be done. Other clinics at St V's would do well to see how they work together for the benefit of the patient.

I absolutely love Dr Martell. She was referred to me by a patient of mine and even though it took 6 months to see her it was worth it. She really takes the time to figure out what is really happening with you and your body then suggests ways to help. She never shuts me down like other doctors I have dealt with lately.
