Chris ‘CC’ Collins entered the field of dietetics in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Oregon State University. She has earned National certifications as a Diabetes Educator and Specialist in Obesity & Weight Management. CC has worked in a variety of positions as a Registered Dietitian but found her niche in weight management. Having personal experience with obesity, CC has a unique rapport with patients that effectively motivates change.
In her current role as a weight loss surgery dietitian, she works with candidates to prepare them for a comfortable transition to life after surgery and supports their long-term sucess after surgery.
In her 40's, Chris became interested in multisport athletics and since then has competed in multiple triathlons, duathlons, half-marathons, and long course swim and bike events. Favorite quote, “When was the last time you did something for the first time?”
