Candace Bullinger, LICSW

Candace is a Behavioral Scientist at the Providence St. Peter Family Medicine Residency. She received her MSW from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. She has experience in child welfare, correctional mental health, crisis mental health, and management of severe mental illness. Her interests include institutional mental health, criminal justice reform, chemical dependency, co-occurring disorders, and behavioral health integration. Candace offers collaborative patient centered care and focuses on brief interventional treatment to address a number of mental health conditions and symptoms in coordination with your Providence primary care physician.
