Facey Medical Group is rated one of the top medical groups in California by patients, health insurance plans, and accrediting organizations. We care for patients at ten clinical locations throughout the San Fernando, Santa Clarita and Simi Valleys, including two urgent care centers and dedicated women's health centers.

Providence Facey Medical Foundation, the support organization for the medical group, is part of Providence, an integrated, not-for-profit, seven-state network of hospitals, care centers, medical clinics, affiliated services and educational facilities. In addition to employing our support and administrative staff at Facey, Providence operates thirteen acute care medical centers and dozens of medical clinics in Southern California.
