Astoria is one of the skilled nursing facilities contracted to provide care to Facey patients after they leave the hospital. It has a total of 218 licensed beds with 59 dedicated to skilled nursing for short term rehabilitation. Astoria is located in a quiet, residential community and accepts Medicare, Medi-Cal, Private Pay, most HMOs and private insurance plans.

RNs and other licensed staff are on duty 24 hours a day to provide services for residents with complex medical needs. A full rehabilitation team provides comprehensive therapy services and measured outcomes. There is a wander guard alarm system for residents at risk. Astoria provides a nurturing, comfortable atmosphere in a newly renovated facility.
