The 2025 education for providers and non-employed workforce members in the CIA Footprint (Alaska, Washington (excluding Kadlec, Swedish, and PacMed), and Shared Services) is being provided through Customer Voice.

Individuals who are assigned the education through Customer Voice will have received an email from ComplianceEducation@providence.org between 6/09/2025 and 6/10/2025. The email will look like the screenshot below. If you received this email, please use the link the email to complete the education so that your completion is tracked appropriately.

If you did not receive this email and you feel that you should have been assigned the education, please fill out the form. After filling out the form, you will receive an email at the email address you listed with a customized link to the education.
