St Jude has provided the best care during my journey.

I was made to feel like I was taking up too much of the doctors time, I felt like she was a bit impatient, and she shut me down on some of the questions I had saying they do not pertain to her. I understand she is an excellent surgeon which is the most important thing here. She was the first provider I saw since my diagnosis of breast cancer, I came into her office very scared and felt like I needed answers. She literally told me she was running 20 minutes behind and had to go, I was sitting in the lobby 20 minutes prior to my appointment and if my appointment was running 20 minutes behind schedule it was through no fault of mine. Kindness and patience matters when you are dealing with people dealing with the possibility of death. Her staff on the other hand made up for that with how kind, understanding and sweet they were. I appreciated that very much.

I'm cancer free and will see her once a year unless I have any signs or symptoms that need to be addressed at that time. I absolutely live St. Jude and all my medical Doctors. .

First time seeing Dr. Vito. They called me and asked if I could come at 1:20 instead or 1:40. I did not get seen till close to 2:30. Over an hour and was confused to why they had me come at 1:05 if she was running behind and by herself. Once seen by Dr. Vito I didn't feel welcomed. She questioned why o was referred to her and I was not totally sure. I knew because I had a cyst they biopsied and she said well do you want to have surgery to remove? I asked well is that what is recommended? All in all I did not have a good experience here.

Dr. Vito always makes me feel like my condition and well-being is important to me and her. On my very first visit to her office I relayed a difficult time I'd had, prior to seeing her. I couldn't get things done through Providence that I needed done and had not struggled with Issue in the past. She responded that she was very sorry for the hard time and then said, "We're glad you are with us now, and we will take care of you." And she has, ever since that day.
