A year ago I called this provider with a concern. His action solved the problem and may have saved my life.

He was up to date on my history and was able to talk to me regarding such. Also he was able to tell me how we should proceed, since this was my first appointment with him.

Brett and his staff are just excellent in every way I can think of. They treated me like I was their only patient, and that is very rare these days. Erin is an excellent nurse; very caring, smart and just a wonderful person. Brett was very thorough in explaining my medical issues, and he is a great listener. I'd give them a 12.

I consider my health care team to be a great help in my health needs. And are a great help during my recovery needs and there after.

I had to wait a bit more than 15 minutes to get in. That is my one and only complaint, and It's an extremely minor one. This was my first encounter with Brett M., and judging by the way it went, the way he treated me, I assume he was running l few minutes late because HE IS AN EXTREMELY CONSCIENTIOUS CAREGIVER. He was friendly, and Immediately put me at ease. He listened carefully to me and appeared genuinely Interested in me an my condition. I like him both as a person and as a professional, and would highly recommend him.

Brett Mollenhauer is an excellent listener and is very knowledgable. He patiently answered all of my questions and I feel confident he is giving me the correct advice. I am relieved to be back under his care after the bad experiences I recently had at a different hospital.
