Was treated with respect, seen in a timely manner, and all in all, it was as enjoyable a visit as it could have been.

Provider himself was friendly with good bedside manner. Did downplay some of my concerns versus validate and assure. 2nd provider I've seen for this issue and neither time did provider discuss recovery of the procedure when discussing risks versus benefits. MA and scheduler spoke to me very condescendingly like I should have somehow known I wouldn't be able to go back to work for 2 weeks.

They did an amazing job and they were very direct and very straightforward about everything and looked at the best options for me and my health and didn't just assume to cut me open and do a surgery. They took their time to reassess the situation and came out with the best outcome for me and my health Before making any rational decisions.

The surgery itself is horrible, but the care team is A++ they have helped me through this whole ordeal with kindness and understanding. I haven't handled this procedure well but the care team has helped me figure out medication and gave other advice to get me through it.

Timothy Blanscett is exceptional. Procedure I had was not something I was comfortable talking about or dealing with yet he made me feel very much at ease and able to discuss issues with him. He made the whole experience a bit easier to accept. I have nothing but the highest appreciation for his attention and understanding.

Dr. Was easy to talk with very personable. Didn't show judgment. Very nice and compassionate.

Dr. Blanscett is great and I feel very comfortable with him. The presence of an assistant during the examination was a surprise. I can understand the need for the assistant, but it certainly made the experience a bit more awkward.

Tim's bed side manor was not the best and came off as condensending & rude. As my wife & I tried to explain things to his questions he would cut us off without us finishing showing that he was not listening to my concerns or hers.
