The doctor was very pleasant and listened to my concerns.After testing completed, he referred me to the optician for glasses.

This was the first time to see Dr. Chang for an ophthalmic issue. I was previously under the care of a different doctor (non Facey) but wanted to switch to a doctor closer to home. I found Dr. Chang to be knowledgeable about my issue and he explained everything clearly. He has a natural calm and easy demeanor and did not make me feel that he was in a rush. I am satisfied with the care I received from Dr. Chang and plan to see him again next year for a routine ophthalmic appointment.

I was referred to Dr Chang by my normal eye doctor. He examined my eye regarding the issues my eye doctor had suspected. Dr Chang immediately had his staff arrange an appointment with a eye surgeon which I saw the following day.

I showed up at the eye doctor with no appointment with a half a contact in my eye that I couldn't get out and they were able fit me in so that made me very happy.

So far everything is going well. Will know more aftyer the procedure.

Dr. Chang needs to improve his bedside manner. He was curt and impatient with the questions that I asked him about my medical concerns. He would abruptly cut me off and respond in an officious manner. He displayed a hurried demeanor which characterized his lack of empathic concern and compromised interpersonal / social skills.
