Dr. Minzer's scheduler was great in getting me in for a timely appointment to disgnose and treat a growth, that was interfering with my going on vacation in 1 1/2 weeks. Dr. Minzer excised the growth, sent it in for a biopsy, provided care and recovery instructions and the biopsy report was completed and communicated to me in a matter of days. I'm so thankful for the care I received in this very busy dermatology practice.

She is great! The only problem is that when I needed to reschedule, the next available appointment was in 5 months.

Dr Minzer listens, is friendly and professional!

Dr. Minzer-Conzetti is surely a skilled, competent physician. I asked for an appointment so she could examine and diagnosis a spot on my left cheek that had been slightly tender to the touch for about a month or more (and which I thought might be some skin cancer.) She did not see anything causing the irritation, which I found to be slightly odd because I am not imagining this. She could not explain to me why I was feeling this. Perhaps this is my failing. But, becasue I have never had anyting like this on my face or body and it has not gone away after several weeks, I was left feeling slightly frustrated and unsatisfied about her not knowing what it was.On a very positive note, I mentioned some mild scabbing on my scalp where some pre-cancerous cells were discovered about 10 years ago, and she examined that area and did see some cause for concern, warranting cryogenic treatment (liquid nitrogen.)On balance, I am quite pleased with, and greatly appreciate, Dr. Minzer-Conzetti's care and thoroughness - recognizing a condition that could be life-threatening.

As a new patient of providence in January . Not being able to get an appointment until August?Care was excellent at time of visit from doctor & assistant. Each appointment I've made has been the same.

I was a new patient and the doctor did not have my records. A biopsy had been done and a skin cancer detected, but the doctor did not have a record of it yet. She was friendly, she listened, she was efficient, and expert and her surgery. I was also impressed with her medical assistant.

Dr was direct in responding to my questions. Little confusion scheduling appointment - needing to change it after months of one date needed to move to another. I was able to get transportation at new date/time.! Completely trust Dr.s comments and assistance..pleasant, good listener!

Overall, my experience was great! I had to wait 4 months for an appointment with a female provider. I wish there were more female doctors at this practice. Otherwise, I am satisfied.

Karen Minzer is by far the practitioner I've seem at this clinc.

I have seen Karen Minzer Conzetti since before. She was a Providence and I so enjoy the way she treats patients and is thorough at her work. She cares, and it shows In all she does.

My appointment was not much time, however, it was thorough, I might have had 1 or 2 questions that were both answered, a great experience.

She is great. I felt comfortable and attended to.

The reason I said that I didn't get what I wanted when I called for an appointment was that I thought I had a skin cancer but couldn't get in any sooner than my scheduled annual follow up a couple of months later. That being said, the clinic did try later to get me in through the wait list, but by then I was fairly sure that It wasn't a skin cancer (which it turned out not to be) and turned down the offer of the visit, which was only about a week prior to my scheduled annual follow up. I have faith In Dr. Minzer's expertise and would recommend her to any one who asked me.

I called in October 2022 to schedule a routine check-up appointment as a new patient and was surprised that the earliest opening was not until April 2023. Of course I understand that's out of anyone's control! Other than that long wait, everything about the visit and provider was great.

Dr. Minzer is my dermatologist. I have never had a bad experience. She caught an early melanoma last year and got it resolved before it became a worse issue. This visit is part of my 6 month re-checks. All went well. I couldn't be more grateful to have such a thorough, capable and committed dermatologist.

The provider was great, and so was everyone at the desk. The only issue for me was that it took me five months to get the appointment. I know everyone's working hard, but that's a long wait for some thing that was found to be pre-cancerous.

I really like my provider. She listens is thorough, and her assistants have always been great. The thing I don't like is the wait time to get an appointment. I feel like I need to work on being more proactive about scheduling appointments much farther in advance of need. This however is not always possible.

The medical assistant was absolutely wonderful also, I forget their name but they had fabulous arm tattoos - and the Doctor was very kind, understanding, thorough, careful and considered all my questions without judgement or diminishment. I came in to have some skin things looked at and asked for some education about what to look for in any future concerns and I felt well respected and cared for even though my 'issues' were not, it turned out, to be a problem. The fact that the practice was super busy that day and that everyone was so kind, was an extra bonus. Thank you Providence Dermatology on NE Glisan!

I have a terrible rash on my feet, and she outlined a process that I believe will help me get rid of it. She also took a sample of skin from my foot and sent it tot the lab - (which I asked my former doctor to do and they refused). That made sense to me.

I think I was distracted & was ready to respond to her question & she asked me again how I was & I replied fine. So she was paying attention & I apologized for not responding. No surprises & she asked if any concerns which I didn't.

The visit was my annual dermatology check up and Dr. Minzer was very thorough and did find one area of concern and did a shave biopsy. She and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

This office and Dr. Minzer-Conzetti are a pleasure to work with from scheduling to office visits. The schedulers have always worked with me in cases where I have unscheduled visits. I drive 5 hours from southern Oregon to my appointments. Dr. Minzer-Conzetti and her staff makes time to see me in her very busy schedule when it is necessary outside of my routine appointments. Dr is consistently well informed, intelligent and articulate. Plus she has a delightful "bedside manner." Kudos to Dr. Minzer-Conzetti and her team!
