Dr. Minzer-Conzetti is an excellent doctor in every respect, and the overall office experience is always impressive and positive.

Next available appt was 6 mos out. Had a concern so asked to be called if an appt opened sooner. That happened & I was very thankful to have my concern addressed sooner than waiting 6 mos.

I am so comfortable when I see this provider, Dr. Karen Minzer-Conzetti. Disrobing is essential to her exam and both she and her assistant are always so concerned about my privacy and how I am doing all through any procedures I may need.

I appreciate that Dr. Minzer-Conzetti said to me when we were finished, "You have good skin". A simple sentence, yet, we rarely hear doctors say anything good about their patients, especially those of us in our 70s and 80s. It made my day! We're usually given warnings about what will happen if we don't take a prescription that they think we should take. Negativity, and then they wonder why our blood pressure is so high when we come to the office. I am generally in good health so it's nice to have that acknowledged.

Dr. Minzer was thorough, knowledgeable and personable for my first visit to a dermatologist. Having prior experience in dermatology, I was impressed with her expertise and her support staff. My only surprise was that it took 4-6 months to get in for this initial visit, but that said, I had no major concerns so the wait was not a problem. It was a pleasure to meet Dr Minzer.

Dr Minzer is a new Dr for me. When I called for my first appointment with her I had to wait for 6 months for my appointment. This wasn't acceptable to me but Dr. Minzer's care was excellent.

Good experience. The difficult part of the process was that appointments for new patients were 6 months out. They did call with a cancellation at about 4 months which was appreciated. The appointment went very well. My first experience with a dermatologist so no comparison to other dermatologists could be made.

When I scheduled an appointment, the earliest was in July 2024, BUT I asked for any earlier openings and they were able to fit me in, in January 2024. It was a relief to learn that an unusual, bi-colored growth on my neckline was not "bad" and was easily removed with liquid nitrogen. She also removed a large black plug that was on my torso that was concerning me. And she was able to give me a full-body exam (very thorough) and discuss at a few other patches of skin. I am really impressed with her attention to detail and ability to communicate.
