Kaitlin Bock was a new provider for me. I'm very happy with the visit and she was very attentive. My only complaint is that it took 4 months to get an appointment! From what I understand, there are not enough providers.

As always, Kaitlin was attentive and wonderful.

Much much better than my normal person

Kaitlyn is a breath of fresh air. She's the first endocrinologist since I've been diagnosed with diabetes type two who's actually listened to me and gave me information about how to manage it accordingly. She has done extra labs and test to roll out other type of diseases that I may have associated with the diabetes and I really appreciate that especially being an African-American woman who is usually Overlooked and not taking seriously when I speak about my healthcare concerns. I will never leave Kaitlyn. I will follow her to whatever office she goes to. She's the best at what she does.

Everyone that I had contact with at this appointment with was extremely kind and concerned about why I was there. My wait time in the front line was only one person ahead of me. I was called into the patient waiting area quickly called into see the doctor within minutes. Everything went smoothly and I was back into the car just short of an hour after arriving.

Kaitlin Bock ARNP is very professional and personable! She was efficient without hurrying my appointment. I left feeling good with the information she provided, knowing my next plan for care with her. I highly recommend her for Endocrinology treatment!

I came from a foreign country with a language barrier then going to Providence and speaking to Katlin she was definitely a blessing that I've been praying for. Kaitlin "knows her stuff"! She is easy to talk with, gives understandable instructions, and listens carefully to what you have to say. She seems to have a wide variety of knowledge of medical care outside of her specialty. She doesn't seemed rushed to get away from the room and makes you feel you are important in the moment. You truly do feel respected and like a real person, not just a number, in her practice. I highly recommend her to anyone needing endocrinology care.

My provider and her care team are always on time, kind and courteous as well as professional. They answer my questions and always follow through with entering my labs and prescriptions that are needed immediately.

I only see Katlin once a year. She is amazing. She listens to what I have to say and helped me with my thyroid condition.
