The doctor always answers my concerns

Although she works part time, she made sure I was seen by another provider so that I was able to complete pre-scheduled appointments.

I was not satisfied with my visit, I feel that the main reason of my visit was not covered and I waited 3 months for this appointment

Dr Austin and her staff are a 10 plus. They always make my next appointment before I leave the office. Thank you

I have seen Dr Grace Austin before and specifically requested her again for my medical care. She is very friendly and seemed to remembered me although it was 6 yrs ago. She obviously took time & care to go over my previous medical records. She gave caring advice and was gentle with the nasal scope. Her care is always excellent & knowledge and I am confident I am getting the best care I can.
