Summer Walker was very tentative and listened.

I wouldn't mind seeing Summer if I needed to be seen in person.

I was very Impressed with Summer Walker. She asked me to let her know how I was doing after being on the Zpack and Inhaler. When I did she responded quickly and asked me to go and get some chest X-rays. After I did that she Send me a message stating that I had pneumonia and sent in a new prescription for me. She's asked that I send her a message tomorrow. Let her know how I feel and again in a week.

I called in the late afternoon because of back pain and I was seen with video appointment that same day within minutes even. I appreciated Summers willingness to provide me with the muscle relaxant I requested and at the end of the appointment I chose not to get it. She also had me get a urine sample in case the pain was related to my kidneys.

It was hard to find an open appt, but the people that helped, even when my appt was canceled and reschedule, did the best they could. They said there were many people on leave, and there were very few open appts. I was moved to a couple different locations, times and days, but it all worked out.

This was my first visit into this provider, and despite the fact that I had just changed insurances and established the provider as my child's PCP that morning, the process of seeing someone to get an urgent referral to the right specialist was smooth and painless.
