She was short and dismissive at the beginning of the appointment and friendlier toward the end. But I still did not get my questions answered.

Overall my visit was good. The only downside is that there is too long of a wait to see the doctor for just ten minutes. You have to work on that

I truly appreciated that Jennifer Tran listened to my questions and concerns and gave me full and complete answers that I could easily understand. She never made me feel dumb for asking questions and gave me possible solutions moving forward without making me feel pressured to do anything. As an OBGYN this is especially important to me. I only wish appointments could be scheduled sooner than 2-3 months out, I will definitely be back to see her though!
