I was SO impressed with the concern, medical knowledge and medical actions taken by NP Bajadar on my behalf, I wish SHE could be my Primary Care Provider. I saw her asap in the morning. She immediately scheduled lab and CT work to become more knowledgeable of my urgent condition. She not only left a Portal message regarding results of my tests that day, but she also called me late in the afternoon to inquire how I was doing & responding to the prescriptions and CT results. I felt she cared about my condition and myself as her patient.

This makes two times I haven't been able to see my primary doctor quickly for non emergency, but was able to see the NP fairly quickly. Both times I was very pleased with them and the results of the visits.

NP was knowable and helped me. I am pleased with the visit 3 days after I requested it.

I did have a concerning experience when I went in for my well woman. The pap smear sample bottle was for another patient and I caught it and it had to be fixed. I must say that I'm still a little concerned that the results are going to be from my pap smear. Thanks

It was perfect

I was very surprised and caught off guard that they had me take a memory test at age 66. I did appreciate they updated my medication list. She scheduled me for appointments such as blood work, mammogram and colonoscopy that I am due for as well as the required insurance approvals, In such a timely matter. That is so important and very appreciated!!

My experience from receptionist to nurse, PA, doctor have all been excellent. Also the access to My Chart is a vast improvement to managing my records and health. May I suggest the expansion of services to allow patients to make appointment for xrays, other followup labs, and specialist through the My Chart portal rather than having to call each facility.

I was in patin when I called for help. I was offered an appointment w this provider as Dr. Batty did not have any opening to see me. I was happy to be seen. She was very thorough in her assessment and ordered the appropriate Dx tests: urine test and X-ray. I appreciate her help very much.
