I saw Shane Johnson because I had an eye problem and called the office to try to get a referral to my eye doctor. They wanted me to come in to see someone and he was the only person available. He diagnosed me with conjuctivitis and prescribed me some medication for that and a referral to my eye doctor. I was able to get Into the eye doctor the next day. He was able to flip up my eyelid and could see that I had a stye under my upper eyelid and not conjunctvitis. He prescribed me entirely different medication than Shane Johnson prescribed so I had to cancel the first prescriptions and get the correct ones. It would have been easier to just be able to go to my eye doctor and not waste three days with out the medication I needed to treat my painful eye condition.

I have not seen my doctor in awhile. Usually I get a PA which is ok as I definitely respect Dr Johnson's care. In the last 3 years, I've seen him more than my primary care doctor. I've always received good care from Providence and basically satisfied. Also the on-line nurse is fantastic!

I was really impressed that when I scheduled an appointment on line that I received a call from a nurse at the office and she insisted that I be seen before that date due to my needs. The office visit was with another provider that I had not seen before, but was very thorough and made my visit very great.

Shane was very friendly and informative with all of my questions and was very helpful and understanding about my reasons for not taking more prescription medications.

Dr Shane was absolutely amazing, and the nurse that dealt with me as well! He made me feal like a patient that he cared about and wanted to help me get the best results for issues. Very informative and didnt seem like he wanted to rush out the door as most doctors tend to do. I also have to give sum props to the blood man. Didnt even feel him poke me and he was a blast to chit chat with. Cant forget the receptionist that helped me that day either, very informative on information that I wanted.
