The provider on this visit was not one I had seen before. She was absolutely the best. I would request her over and above everyone I have ever seen there

I had never worked with this specific provider before as previously stated and she made such an impact on me. I am glad that there is a way to shout out what good work she is doing. I feel the world needs more doctors like her, she made me feel like she really cared.

Shanelle really listened to my symptoms and really examined my knee by having me stand, walk and lay down. I appreciate her honesty in listening to my concerns and provide a plan of care (x-rays, referal to orthopedist, and guidelines for resuming exercise and PT.) Very friendly and I didn't feel like my appt was rushed.
