She was very personable. Asked me about my recent birth and how everything is going. It was a nice visit. Felt like talking to a friend.

They were always wonderful, kind and professional include my primary doctor.

When I'm not able to get in to see my PCP, I enjoy seeing Chelsea! She is pleasant, thorough, always listens well to my concerns and provides multiple next step options whenever appropriate, which I appreciate. I feel confident seeing her for my care.

Draper was easy to talk with and has good soft skills. I couldn't remember the name of the bone pills I take, but she was able to research it on her computer.

Provider is always compassionate & sympathetic in respect to my Long Covid issues. So much is still unknown about this illness & Dr. Draper is always willing to help in any way she can. By referring me to the proper specialists, ordering lab work & following up with my results. I am extremely pleased with my Care at Providence & I firmly believe that my Care Team has my health & concerns firmly in their grasp. I wouldn't be where I am with regards to my coping with this illness if not for the professional, and committed efforts of my entire team. For this I am truly thankful. In my world I have no support from friends or family & I rely on my Care team for most of my support. I also feel blessed that my Care team helps me because they really care & not just because they get a paycheck...

Chelsea A. Draper, was excellent. She was very kind and caring. Listened to and answered all my questions. Went beyond and did a test for COVID,RSV and the flu. She said the reason for that was they were strating to see an uptick will these illnesses and want to make sure I did not have one.

I find the care provided by the staff at Providence/Bridgeport to be consistently good.

Dr.Draper & her team were very attentive, concerned about my concerns & thorough with following up on questions that I had in regards to my specialist returning me to my PCP & the lack of knowledge about Long Covid patients. I immediately heard from the referrals sent by Dr.Draper & have been scheduled to see them in the very near future. This practice is part of the best care team treating me for multiple medical conditions. They stay on top of me about my medications, procedures that are due & specialists that I need to schedule appts with. The office always follows up with me by phone when I am seen for an illness or injury. The support of my entire care team at Providence is beyond any that I could have expected & I sincerely look forward to both my in person visits & virtual visits. They have always helped me with my request to send ppwk to my insurance company or SSD immediately. There is nothing that I would change about the care that I receive at Dr. Drapers office.
