Dr. Chaban is a board certified family physician dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to patients of all ages. He values building strong relationships with his patients and is passionate about preventative care, mental health, and working with underserved and multicultural communities. Dr. Chaban was born in Ukraine and as a young child moved to California, where he grew up. He is an avid outdoor enthusiast and enjoys exploring the beautiful landscapes of the Pacific Northwest. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, kayaking, sampling different cuisines, technology, and spending time with his wife and their shih tzu Chewie.
